"Welcome to the Rio Hotel Casino Resort!"
IPMS Las Vegas has secured the world-class Rio for the convention and your accommodations. The Rio offers over 2000 all suite rooms and is just an elevators ride away from the convention room on the first floor. For the convenience of our attendees we have blocked out
600 rooms, but we expect these to go quickly.
Cost of a standard suite is $89.00 per night
This rate applies to the entire week plus a discounted resort tax of $25.00. Total room cost is $114.00 plus sales tax.
If you wish to extend your stay, The Rio will honor the discounted room rate for an additional 6 days (3 before and 3 after).
• Attendees will receive two (2) Guest admissions per day to the Fitness Center (does not include use of the spa)
• In-Room Internet access to include two (2) device per room per day (Property-wide and inter-property roaming available at that property
for an additional fee.) Unlimited local phone calls (no long distance or international calls).
Unlimited free on-site parking.

"You'll never have to leave the Resort!"
The Rio offers all the amenities you would expect to find in a world-class Las Vegas resort. Although you'll want to see the fabulous sites that Las Vegas has to offer, you literally never have to leave the resort to have the convention and vacation experience of a life-time.
You are never more than an elevators ride away from everything the resort has to offer.
14 Restaurants, Bistros, Cafes and Snack-bars.
There is something for every taste and budget. You can't come to Vegas without trying the Carnival Buffet, and of course there
is a Starbucks to get those modeling motors running.
(Tip: Visit the Hash House a Go-Go for the most amazing breakfast and lunch you'll ever have. Come hungry!)
13 Bars, Nightclubs and Lounges.
The Rio hosts the Penn & Teller theater and one of the hottest night-spots in Vegas, the roof-top Voodoo Lounge.
4 Full Size Exotic Swimming Pools.
A great place to cool off and catch some Vegas rays. Vegas elevation is 2,000 feet with clear skies 320 days a year so bring your sunscreen or you'll become a giant french fry!
Rio Spa & Salon
Work-out those leg cramps from walking around the vendor and display tables all day, or pamper your lady with a relaxing
afternoon at the Spa. She'll be so glad you did, you'll be able to buy more models without sneaking them on the plane.

For those procrastinators who waited too long to book your suite at The Rio, we suggest either The Palms or The Gold Coast.
Both are world-class resorts and are short-walk or Uber to The Rio. Unfortunately we cannot offer a room discount at this time.
